The Dirty picture is a clean entertainer!The people who come to see hot Vidyanbalan will never get disappointed because you have got a decent show off!The film is about the life of Sexy South Indian item dancer and actress Silk Smitha.

The first half is really exciting and at a fast pace,you will not get bored even for one second!Second half was little slow compared to first half but still climax was good.

Overall the film is good to watch with your friends and have a blast at the theatre!

My rating 4/5!

VELAYUTHAM...startz nicely...bt was missin smthin in bw..comediez wer gud...endz as an okay 

1st haf...2nd haf startz wid MASS scenez n wer neat...screenplay is smwhat RACY in 2n 

haf...bt laggd smwhere coz f santhanamz comedy wich didn cum upto d exp...tho 2nd haf is 

easily predictable..it gained energy 2wardz d climax..being d biggest plus...undobtdly d 

highlight is VIJAYz charisma n energy...he was superb...n thoz whu still questuonz abt hiz 

talent...watch out 4 hiz small perf aft hiz sisterz demisal.....genelia,hansikasharanya all wre 

neat..but i think sister sentimentz cud hav been lil more effective tho was adequate...music n 

bgm wer fine...:..d nly idiotic thing i felt was graphic workz in MAYAM SEIDHALO song wich 

cud hav been othwise avoided...ovall..itz a decent 1 tym watch 4 all if u like mass 

entertainerz...bt 4 VIJAY fanz itz not les dan a CELEBRATION....if things goes well a 

SUPERHIT n cardz 4 VIJAY b4 NANBAN...

first f all let me say...it is d most hyped n expected muvi f d year coz f CAST n CREW..but aft hearin mixd responz got in...started wid breathtakin scenz f BODHI RAMAN...wid ultimate
visualz...(tamil cinema at itz best......switched n well 2 current scenario wid SURYAS 2nd role...wid nice comediez n romance...it is smooth n refreshin...but 4m YEMMA YEMMA  song it breakz d speed n goes routine...but endz as an OKAY 1st half...post intval also goes smooth...wid sm supb scenz...(the one wer villain n SURYA throws eye contact is mayhem...)...so far okay...bt d muvi falls f everythin at an accident scene in d city...one would surprise how a grt directr can make an llogical scene like diz wid cheap graphicz... 4m der it throws a very bad opinion 2 d audienz...n goes very dull...n d climax was too long n boring.......SURYA was supb as BODHI RAMAN...n okay as ARAVINDH tho he had nuthin 
incredibl 2 do......shruti was neat n VILLAIN was fine...tho he bcam rotine 2wdz d end... ..SONGS wer k...tho bgmz wer nice...it was LOUD at tymes...it is d screenplay wich kills d muvi...wid a great concept...it was dull n lackin d magical touch...direction is medocre... ovall a nice concept misfired wid bad SCREENPLAY...strictly avg fare 4 me...

First of all kudos to the great theme and story even though it deals with fiction . .

I was not fully satisfied with the movie as i expected it to be something near or above Ghajini level..But the grippingness in the script that was seen in Ghajini is nowhere seen here..And i feel this is the only negative in the movie..

Performance wise Surya was top notch..No words to describe Surya as Bodhivarman..Sruthi did a commentable performance..And last but not least,the one who came as villain,salute for him..He was awesome..

Overall-A Good worth for 1 time watch movie

Ra one first day box office collections touch 22 crore!Ra one collection in the first day ra one review

Ra one set a new record at the box office with its world wide release bagging 22 crore!The film was released on diwali and it was indeed a cracker at the box office.Almost 70% of the tickets were booked in advance.However the film got mixed responses.Some say it is a visual treat while others say it is not even upto 10% of Rajnikanth's hit Robot or Enthiran.

The 145 crore Budget film was released on more than 3200 theatres across india.Every multiplexes had around more than 15 shows a day and the ticket prize was 20% higher which also added upto the substantial rice in the collection.

Lets wait and see how much Ra One will collect in the coming days and how many box office records it will break!
